Holli Parenteau

Real Estate has always been a big part of Holli’s life. She remembers helping her Dad, Scott Pahlen, list properties, clean out foreclosure homes and put up signs as a young child. Holli has participated in just about every aspect of the business from helping clients buy & sell to maintaining her own investment real estate portfolio and running short-term rentals. Holli received her license in 2004 and was a successful Real Estate Agent in the twin cities for many years before moving back up North to her roots. She enjoys running her online retail store business, chasing after her 3 busy boys in all activities and spending time at her Lake of the Woods cabin. She specializes in residential and waterfront properties and is knowledgeable on the commercial front too. Her clients describe her as fun, loyal and insightful.
